By accessing JewelHub or registering as a reseller, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Platform role

JewelHub provides software to connect a wholesaler catalogue with reseller storefronts. The wholesaler controls catalogue and inventory. Resellers control retail pricing and publication of products on their storefront after approval.

Reseller accounts

Reseller registration is subject to wholesaler review. Access to catalogue and publishing tools requires an approved status. Accounts may be suspended for policy or security reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected data, or misrepresent business identity.

Liability

The platform is provided as available. Commercial terms between wholesaler and reseller, including margins and settlements, are governed by their business agreement and applicable law. Have counsel finalise this document before launch.
